Privacy policy
In plain words
- We collect what Mano needs to work for your farm: your account, your farm's records, and the messages you send it.
- We never use your farm's data to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.
- We never sell your data or use it for ads.
- Each farm's data is kept apart from every other farm's.
- You can export or delete your data any time.
What we collect
Your name, email and mobile number; your farm's profile (name, location, what you grow and where you sell); the records you or Mano add (contacts, orders, invoices, crew, markets); and the messages you exchange with Mano.
When you agree to these terms or to texts, we keep a record of the exact words you agreed to and when, plus a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address. We don't keep the address itself.
How we use it
Only to run Mano for your farm: to answer you, draft messages for your approval, keep your records and send what you approve. AI models we use (Anthropic's Claude) process your requests to do this work; we don't allow them to train on your data.
Who sees it
You, the managers you add, and the service providers that run Mano (hosting, texting, email), only as needed. Crew only see their own information. We'll only share more if the law requires it, and we'll tell you if we can.
Your choices
Export your records as CSV from the dashboard. Ask us to delete your farm and we'll delete its data, including copies synced from connected accounts. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
