DRAFT. These terms haven't been reviewed by a lawyer yet and will change before Mano charges anyone. Version 2026-11-06-draft.
Terms of service
In plain words
- Mano is an assistant that helps run the business side of your farm. You stay in charge of your farm and what goes out in its name.
- Mano asks before it sends a message, books a stall, places an order or spends money. You can see everything it did in the activity log.
- Mano never trains AI models on your farm's data.
- The first 30 days are free. We'll tell you before any charge, and you can cancel any time.
- You can export or delete your farm's data whenever you want.
Who can use Mano
Mano is for farms and the people who run them. You need to be 18 or older and allowed to act for the farm you set up. While Mano is invite only, you need an invite code to sign up.
What Mano does, and what you approve
Mano keeps your farm's records (customers, orders, invoices, markets, crew) and drafts work for you. Anything that reaches another person or costs money waits for your approval, unless you turn on a rule that lets Mano send a specific kind of message on its own.
Mano can get things wrong. Check what it drafts before you approve it. You're responsible for what you approve and for the messages your farm sends.
Texting your crew and customers
Mano only texts people who have agreed to get texts from your farm, and it honors STOP right away. You agree to only add people you have a real relationship with, and to tell your crew how Mano is used.
Plans and payment
Plans are Grower, Farm, Operation and Co-op. The first 30 days are free and need no card. The first 50 farms keep 30% off any plan for as long as they stay. Billing isn't live yet; choosing a plan today records your choice and charges nothing.
Your data
Your farm's data belongs to your farm. We use it only to run Mano for you. We never sell it and never use it to train AI models. See the privacy policy for details.
Ending
You can stop using Mano and delete your farm at any time. We can suspend an account that abuses Mano or the people it texts, and we'll tell you why.
